Credit or Debit Card required for monthly  or on line subscription .   Quarterly, Semi-annual, or better, subscriptions may also use checks for payment.  Payment is due immediately for quarterly subscribers and within three days of initial subscription for Semi-annual or annual subscribers.
There will be a late fee  of $5 per month for each month that a client's payment is delinquent.
For government and commercial enterprises ONLY Purchase Orders are accepted.
Non payment may result in immediate termination with no forewarning.  A reactivation fee of $5.00 may be assessed at reactivation in addition to whatever outstanding amount it is owed.
In order to terminate his/her subscription the client must send an e-mail or a written request to that effect with his/her Name, Username, Telephone Number &  Exact date when termination is desired and reason for termination in this letter or e-mail.  This request must reach us two to three working days before the requested termination date.   Send termination e-mail to debbieg@wnyweb.net.   No telephoned request will be accepted no matter what!!!.
There is no partial monthly credit at the time of termination.    Terminations will be prorated on a  monthly basis only.
All returned checks will be assessed a $35 fee in addition to any other bank charges we may incurr.
