To terminate your subscription you must send a letter to:

Letter must reach us five working days before termination date stated in said letter.
This letter must state Your Name, Your Username or E-mail Address, 
Your Telephone Number, Your Present Address and The Exact Date of Termination.  
This letter must also be dated and signed by you.

There is no partial monthly credit at the time of termination.  
All other subscription terminations will be prorated on a monthly basis.

This is the only method of termination and there are no other means of termination
